अजीमगंज दादाबाडी में खात मुहूर्त व शिलान्यास भाग १

अजीमगंज दादाबाडी का खात मुहूर्त शिलान्यास दिनांक अक्तूबर २००९ को होने जा रहा है। अजीमगंज की प्राचीन दादाबाडी को पुरी तरह जमिन्दोज़ कर नए सिरे से निर्माण कराये जाने की योजना है।
इस विषय में अजीमगंज शहरवाली समाज में काफी विवाद है जिसके वारे में मैंने पिछले लेख में भी लिखा था। उसके बाद से मेंरे पास लगातार फ़ोन रहे हैं एवं लोग अपने अपने मत व्यक्त कर रहे हैं।

जैन धर्म के अनुसार चातुर्मास में किसी भी प्रकार के निर्माण कार्य का प्रायः निषेध किया जाता है। क्योंकि इस दौरान जीवोत्पत्ति अधिक होती है। लेकिन इस दादाबाडी को चातुर्मास के दौरान ही तोड़ने का एवं इसके बाद खात मुहूर्त व शिलान्यास का कार्यक्रम रखा गया है। काफी लोग इस बात से नाराज हैं एवं इसका विरोध कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा शिलान्यास का मुहूर्त आश्विन शुक्ला पूर्णिमा को रखा गया है। यह दिन नवपद ओली का आखरी दिन है एवं इस दिन अजीमगंज में नवपद मंडल की पूजा वर्षों से होती आ रही है। मंडल जी की पूजा का अजीमगंज जिआगंज के शहरवाली समाज में बहुत महत्व है।

एक ही दिन में दो महत्व पूर्ण कार्यक्रम होने से लोग असमंजस में है।

कुछ लोग इस बात पर भी रोष जाहिर कर रहे हैं की दादाबाडी में भैरव जी के उत्थापन जैसा अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रम बिना किसी विधिकारक के संपन्न करवाया गया है। रामबाग के भैरव जी की पुराने समय से बहुत अधिक मान्यता रही है। मन्दिर परिशर में स्थापित भैरव जी के उत्थापन के समय अनेकों विघ्न पुराने समय में भी आये थे एवं समर्थ पुरुषों के द्वारा ही उस विघ्न का निवारण हो पाया था। ज्ञातव्य है की भैरव जी के उत्थापन से प्रायः विधिकारक गण भी डरते हैं और इस काम को करने में हिचकिचाते हैं। ऐसी स्थिति में किसी अनजान व्यक्ति से यह काम करवाना उस व्यक्ति को खतरे में डालने जैसा हो सकता है

इतने बड़े निर्माण कार्य को करवाने से पहले उसका नक्शा बनवाना एवं संघ की सभा में उसे पारित करवाना आवश्यक था। साथ ही उसका बजट बनवाना भी आवश्यक था। बातचीत में निर्माण की लागत कभी ७० लाख तो कभी से डेढ़ करोड़ बताई जाती है परन्तु वास्तविकता क्या है पता नहीं। लोगों का कहना है की इन गंभीर अनियमितताओं के होते हुए दादाबाडी को जमिन्दोज़ करवाना कतई उचित नही है।

मेरा अजीमगंज समाज के ट्रस्टी गणों से निवेदन है की लोगों की भावनाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस पुरे कार्यक्रम पर नए सिरे से विचार कर उचित निर्णय लें।

    it is true that the dadabari in azimgunj is really in bad shape and it requires jinudhar but as regard your concern regarding the historical significance of the structure then i would like to inform you definetly the structure is very old but not an unique or very important for heritage of azimgunje being you also one of the migrant from azimganj now residing in jaipur would like to inform you lot of other historical importance houses palaces temples were vandalized destroyed by antisocial because of migration of jains to different places from azimgunj and jiagunj even jagat seths temple idols was shifted from murshidabad to gujrat then why there was no protest from jain resident of Murshidabad and same was done under guidance of a famous jain guru who was born in Azimgunj.why we sheherwali make a hue and cry over a very small issue is this blog nessecary to criticise the desicon of the sri sangha of Azimgunj.
    I really appreciate your other blogs on sherwali and the research about jains in jiaganj and azimganj but vindication and wrong propaganda which you have started regarding Reconstruction of Dadabari in not right especially in net as blog which is available for all the world and shows shererwali in poor light request you to withdraw your article in blog regarding dadabari in azimgunj as we all are part of proud heritage of Jiaganj and Azimgunj and especially an educationist like you should not become a part of infighting and part of leg pulling residents of azimgunj who maintains the double standards and changes thier views according to thier whims and satisfaction.Afterwards you will only realise when you see this people change thier colour as regarding Sunil Churoria his contribution in Azimgunj jain samaj cannot be questioned and he deserves a samaj ratna for his social and religious services.
    As a migrant from Azimgunj and Jiagunj i request you to stop and withdraw your article regarding dadabari from blog and user other methods to protest for the same.

    Welcome to the blog. I can understand from your comments of your concern about Shaharwali society and I appreciate it. It is clear from your post that you are an admirer and well wisher of me. It will be better if you come out with your name. Why are you writing anonymous? I can only guess who you are.

    Now I am coming to the topics arose by you.

    1. You have written " as regard your concern regarding the historical significance of the structure" but I have not mentioned any thing about the same in this post in which you have commented.

    There was a protest bu Jain sangh of Jiaganj at that time, perhaps in late seventies or early eighties. Even a court case was launched and pursued against it. But the Sangh lost that case to the then owners of the temple Seth Sobhagchand.
    I, myself had tried a lot to pay him money and restore the temple at its original place but failed to collect amount of 6 lakh (Huge amount of money at that time).

    Seth Shree Shrenik Bhai, the then president, Anandji Kalyanji Pedhi assured me of Rs. 4 lakh and Madras sangh assured me for rest of 2 lakh. This could be done with the great efforts of Sri Mohan Chandji Dhaddha, Madras, the then President of Akhil Bharatiya Khartar Gachchha Mahasangh.
    I had in receipt of a letter regarding the same at that time. I had negotiated with Seth Sri Sobhag Chand for the matter at that time and he agreed to sell the temple and surrounding campus against payment of Rs. 5 Lakh. Rs. 1 lakh was required for restoration of the temple at that time.
    I wrote a letter to Seth Shrenik Bhai to send their representative to execute the deal but no one came. After several letters posted to him, I personally met him and requested him to honor his own words.
    However, I felt embarrassed when he denied to pay the money. While asking for the reason he shown me a letter from an Acharya opposing the deal. I was young at that time and my words were not heared. All my efforts went into doll drum.
    Later on, I requested late Tara Bai Kankaria, wife of Seth Sri Harakchand Kankaria who agreed to my request. Even that could not be materialized for some unknown reason.

    There is no vindication or wrong propaganda in the net. I have told Pujya Sadhwiji Maharaj and also to the trustees of Azimganj about my concern several times before I have written it into the blog. I have clearly mentioned in my posts that I had a conversation with Mr. Sunil Churoria, secretary, Azimganj Srisangh. Sunil is my class mate and child hood friend. Not all was my concerns those are written in blog. I have got many phone calls from Shaharwali society about their concerns. I have just included those in the posts.
    Of course, I still believe that spending huge amount to demolish a structure and reconstruct the same is not justified. Instead, a Jirnoddhar would be a better option. Money may be used to uplift economic condition of the society.

    I will appreciate your efforts more if you come in the front and do not be anonymous. You have advocated for a Samajratna title to my friend Sunil. He may deserve the same but that should come through proper channel.

    lekin back door se kyon? samne se kyon nahin? Likhne wale apna nam kyon nahi likh rah ha? bolna hai to samne se bolo peeth pichhe kyon?

Vikashji kya aap samne se bol rahae hai khud apna parichay to dejeya phir doosra ke uphar ungli uthaea lekin aap ke bat se ye pakka hai ki aap pakke sharwali hai jo peeche se he neenda karna jante hai samay anaypar main to apna parichay donga he lekin aap me yadi dum hai to apna parichay de Jyotiji ke mehnat ko pani me na milaya.

    Thanks for informing me about the developements which had happened for the Jagat Seth Temple as i was not fully aware of but as per your version we had depended on outsider for money or i can say that for protection of the temple this shows the attitude of sherwalis who are never united see other jain communities they will do anything to protect thier own communities interest we always depend on other and because of which we all have suffered because of infighting and leg pulling attitude we have lost the control of Largest Tirth of Eastern India and now also those outsiders are enjoying the leg pulling which have started because of your blog and they are using your good crdentials also for the same.I am not aware of your idea about running of Murshidabad Sangha which has become personal property of few members and it is also called as ABP Pvt Ltd nowadays.I really agree with you and your ideas about the dadabari but few people are using you to settle thier scores.I would request you that whatever you have written on blog should be send in formal format to Azimgunj Shree Sangha along with the signatures of all the sherwali who are ringing you and ready to protest in true sense and as regard my introduction i would inform you in due time and would like to may you aware that i am also a migrant and not a part of Azimgunj Jain Samaj politics.

    Thanks for your comments and good wishes. It is really a matter of concern that some times we are not united. However, this is happening with most of other societies too.

    Once upon a time, Murshidabad and Shaharwali society was at the top ladders of social repute and religious activities but unfortunately it is not the fact for the present days.

    I have tried to contribute to the society and religion a little.

    I felt my duty towards the society and started writing a blog about nine months before. I have informed Sadhwi Shashiprabha Shreeji during her stay at Sheetalnath Bhawan, Kolkata about serious mistakes in Sri Neminath temple and requested her to be instrumental to rectify. I have also requested several times trustees of Azimganj to rectify the same. I am sorry to say that no body listened to my requests. I had conversation with Sri Sunil Churoria, who happened to be my childhood friend and son of my Masi even during my latest Azimganj visit on 1st and 2nd September with Sri Vimalchand Surana of Jaipur.

    Politics of Murshidabad Sangh in Kolkata is not my present concern. I personally, do not also like to be part of any politics of Azimganj but want to restore its past glory. I also want to settle the matters at once. I have already posted my fresh suggestions regarding Dadabadi. I have also posted about assurances I have got from Pujya Sadhwiji and Sunil Churoria.
    I hope the matter will be resolved soon and my blog will not be a battleground and leg pulling instrument nor a promotion ground for anyone.

    I hope you will mail me with your name even if you do not want to come in front of everyone right now. We may together can do something for our beloved society.

    A broken statue must be replaced. I am really surprized to know that an Acharya as renowned as Padmasagar Suri can commit such bloonder.

    Renowned Vidhi Karak has also not noticed the faults.

    If they do not have vision and care why they poke nose in matters of old temples.

    It is shameful.

    It is appreciable that at last they are ready to replace the diety Sri Seemandhar Swami in Neminath temple, Azimganj.

    I shoked to see the demolition done in Azimganj dadabari. That mandir was not at
    all in bad shape as far as I remember. Why azimganj shri sangh has gone for new mandir building is not understandable. Old trees also has been cut. Please grow up guys. Azimganj
    does not need mandirs, if something has to be done in Azimganj then it should be
    constructive like hospitals, good schools etc. Everybody know why Manichandbhai
    had died. Nobody has taken lession from that. Please don't waste money and energy and these kind of activities. If you generate jobs or business then only again people will come to Azimganj.
